Rental Conditions

  • Contract is available to view
  • Contract covers indoors and outdoors
  • Rent is due first of each month
  • Rent is prorated based on when you move in
  • Outdoor contracts are longer based on availability
  • Indoor storage is available on a monthly basis
  • We require a 30-day advanced written notice to terminate the contract for your unit

  • Do I have to provide my own lock?

    Yes. You're required to provide your own lock and secure your storage unit.

  • Can I drive up to my storage unit?

    Yes. You will have 24-hour access to your indoor or outdoor storage.

  • Who will have access to my storage beside myself?

    When signing your contract, you specify who will have access to your storage.

  • Can I purchase insurance for items I am storing?

    Yes. You can purchase insurance through your own personal insurance agent.

  • Do you require a valid driver's license and government-issued ID?

    Yes. Bring a copy of your government ID and driving license at the time of contract signing.
